We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that prevent patients from keeping scheduled appointments. It happens to the best of us! If you find it impossible to keep an appointment, please give us a call at (508) 835-8890 or email us at email@example.com two (2) days prior to your appointment. With this prior notice, we can reschedule your appointment and let another patient have the appointment time originally reserved for you.
We request this courtesy because it allows us to see our patients promptly. It also helps us to provide more affordable dental care for all of our patients.
A fee ($25.00 for a dental cleaning appointment or $50.00 if your appointment is with Dr. Kirusis) is charged for patients who miss or cancel without a two (2) business day notice.
This policy can also be reviewed on our website and will be provided to you as a part of your appointment email confirmation.
Rising health care costs are a serious problem. Therefore, we want to do everything we can to help control costs and provide patients with payment options that allow them to receive necessary dental treatment.
To help us keep our costs down, we ask that patients pay their portion the day the service is provided. When we schedule your appointment, we will inform you at that time what your estimated cost will be so you will be prepared on the day services are rendered. You can choose from cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover).
You can also pay over time with a convenient monthly interest free payment plan through Care Credit. There are no annual fees or pre-payment penalties.
If finances are a problem for you, we may offer a monthly payment plan in-house, which must be approved in advance, and we must be given a debit or credit card number so we can apply automatic payments on a pre-arranged basis.

We are sensitive to your needs, and it is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our practice while providing the best care possible.
Your first visit is all about you – your comfort, your happiness, and your health.
During your first visit, we will review your dental and medical history forms, and take X-rays of your teeth and mouth. Then, the doctor will meet with you to discuss your X-rays, help you create your own individual treatment plan, and answer any questions that you may have. At your next visit, one of our hygienists will clean and polish your teeth, checking your teeth and gums for any cavities or early signs of tooth decay or gingivitis.
Bring your smile, but also remember to bring these with you to your first appointment:
- Your completed patient information form
- Your insurance card

We understand that you have a busy schedule, so when you're preparing to visit the dentist, please remember that your appointments can last between 45 and 90 minutes.
